This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Energy ("Application") for iOS that was created by HomeWizard B.V.
User Provided Information
Account Credentials
The Application requires the user to login with their HomeWizard account. In case the user does not yet have such an account,
one will automatically be created during the initial setup of the Application.
The credentials of the account will be stored within the iCloud Keychain of the user and is only accessible to applications distributed by HomeWizard.
The credentials will solely be used to automatically login to the Application.
Home
A (virtual) home will be created where the user can add devices to and invite other users for.
The geographic location of this home will solely be used by HomeWizard to determine the timezone for that location.
The location may also be used to calculate the local sunset/sunrise times and/or geofencing in case future features would need those.
All data related to the home is stored on one of our servers within the European Union.
Only our HomeWizard developers have access to these servers.
The connections from the server to the user's mobile device are encrypted with SSL with an authentication layer of oAuth
In general
No third parties see and/or have access to any information obtained by the Application nor the information stored on our servers.
Data is not a revenue model for us. This means that we do not use it for marketing or sale to third parties
Automatically Collected Information
Firebase
The Application uses Firebase to collect crash reports in order to fix them and improve the stability of the Application.
The Application uses Firebase to collect analytics data in order to understand the effectiveness of existing features and plan new features.
This data has been anonymised and cannot be linked to the user.
The Application has disabled the ad and track features of Firebase.
In general
The Application does not collect information about the location of your mobile device.
Opt-out Rights
The user can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application
Energy Data
The Application does not collect or store data from the user's energy devices. This data is being send to our servers by the HomeWizard products directly.

We care about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information.
Please be aware that, although we strive to provide the best security possible for information we receive, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason.
We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Subscription Terms of Use
Energy+
A subscription is valid for 1 home; the subscription will be available for all devices and users within that home.
A subscription will be valid for 1 month. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal at the price listed within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off at any time after the first purchase via: Settings > Your name/Apple ID > Subscriptions.
